Tied to: Windows, VPN, Jabber, Cisco Finesse, Shared Network Drives
When it is time to change your password, you will get an email like the below in yellow.
*How to reset: Must be connected to the Network or VPN, Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select Change a password
This email message is to alert you that your ANTECH Windows/Domain Password will expire in 13 days.
Please update your password by following these instructions:
* Enter this key combination: Ctrl+Alt+Delete
* Select Change Password, then Update your password
For Remote/VPN staff members
* While connected to the ANTECH VPN
* Please hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete
* Select Change Password, then update your password
* Now login with your NEW password on the VPN
* Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete again and lock the computer,then login to your Windows with your new password.
This will now sync up your VPN & Windows password to be the same.
IF you do not do these steps you will have issues with logging into your computer.

Access password reset options from Woofapps.vca.com, select PawsPort.
Or
Go to Woofapps.vca.com and select Outlook Mail, login, and click on far right bubble, then My Account, and Security & Privacy
