Attached & below is the Archive report guidelines.  We encourage clinics to use the Antecholine site because it is a useful tool for pull up old reports on their patients.

Archive report guidelines

*Check Antrim-usually 1 to 2 years of results are in Antrim depending on the volume of the clinic

*Antech Online-Clinics have access to reports back until 4/01/09.

****If older than 2009 please submit an Archive request to IT Dept    via Antrim options 5, 200, 10.

You must fill in the following fields for us to complete the search:

2) Client #

 3) Date of Call

4) Last Name

5) Pet's Name

6) Date Run

7) Contact

8) Phone Number

9) Fax #

10) Requesters Location

11) Requesters Ext

The ANTECH IT Dept. is able to search the Archive database back to 2000.
